There is power in silence.

Often we are faced with everyday life challenges when we are involved in certain problems, situations or conversations and an argument may present it self.  We may find ourselves feeling as though we have been violated in some type of manner in which may lead to some type of heated verbal confrontation or even physical confrontations.  Leaving our natural body and mind drained and sometimes feeling empty.  I come today to tell you; you have the right to remain silent!There are times when God want us to just be quiet, In Ecclesiastes 3:7 it says "a time to keep silence and a time to speak."  In that quiet place there is power in silence. Today if you are feeling you have done and said all you could do or say, you have exhausted all your verbals and seems like no one is listening just remember there is power in silence, God is working on your behalf.  I ask you to pray and ask God to grant you the strength to remain silent while he is working.

No Weapon!

One of my favorite scriptures is in Isaiah 54:17 it says "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD."  GOD is saying to his servants that nothing that people say or do will hurt us, he is not saying that it won't happen meaning yes the weapon can be formed but it shall not prosper; the things people want to hurt us with will not prosper.  He even gives us the power to condemn it, meaning we have the power to pray and plead the blood of Jesus over ourselves for protection and cancel the enemy attacks.  Just begin to praise GOD for him allowing us to be his servants and while doing so we are covered and protected.

Trust GOD!

Sometimes in the game of life it seems we are dealt a bad hand; it seems the more we try to do the right things and live according to the way GOD will have us the more we are tried.  Job was a GOD fearing man who was tried on every hand; Job lost his possessions, his kids, his health was attacked and even his wife told him to curse GOD and die.  Through it all Job continued to trust GOD,  in Job 13:15 it says  "Though he slay me, yet will I trust him."  GOD is saying on today,  "No matter what it may look like, no matter who have walked out your life, no matter what maybe going on, TRUST ME!   "I challenge you on today, to pray and ask GOD to give you the strength to trust him, remove your eyes off the situation and place them on GOD; and remember GOD can do anything but make a mistake.

The battle is not yours!

So many times we find ourselves fighting battles whether it be natural or spiritual. In 2 Chronicles 20:17 it says "Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you."  GOD is saying to us today, we can sit this one out all we have to do is show up he got this one.  Whatever it is you may be facing on today, GOD want you to know you don't even have to fight in this one; he got you just show up (pray) and watch GOD do the rest.  Go in peace on today knowing that GOD will fight your battle just begin to give him praise the battle has been won!

2 Chronicles 20:17

GOD will go before you.

Whatever you are facing today, whether it's personal or business GOD is saying rest in him, he will go before you.  In Deuteronomy 31:8 it says "And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee, he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee; fear not, neither be dismayed."   No matter what it is, GOD will go before you on today, In Isaiah 45:2 it says "I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut asunder the bars of iron."  GOD is saying no matter what it is, he will go before you, there is nothing to hard for him.  I challenge you  to pray and ask GOD to go before you on today, and grant you a peace to rest in him while he make the crooked places straight. Just begin to thank him for going before you!

Let go and let GOD!

Sometimes things happen in our life which leave us feeling we are in a desolate state of mind. Through all the hurt and pain God want us to let go and allow him to work on our behalf on today.  In Isaiah 41:10 it says "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed: for I am thy GOD: I will strengthen thee: yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee wit the right hand of my righteousness."  Even in those desolate times when you feel all hope is gone and left feeling all alone GOD is saying "let it go, give it to me"  allow GOD to heal every hurt console every pain.   I challenge you on today, no matter how big the problem maybe or how bad that individual hurt you; let go and let GOD on today, ask GOD to give you the strength to let it go in Jesus name, and give you a peace to rest in him.

Free Indeed!

As we go about our day celebrating the 4th of July let us not forget to thank GOD for the brave men and women who fight (and have fought) on a daily basis on behalf of our country freedom.  We must also remember to thank GOD on a daily basis for our spiritual freedom;  in John 8:36 it says "Therefore if the son makes you free you shall be free indeed."   Because of Jesus dying on the cross we are free from bondage and sin.   I challenge you on today as you go and celebrate our country freedom begin to thank GOD for being free in the natural as well as the spirit. Continue to pray and cover the men and women who fight on our behalf.

Marriage is an honor in the eyes of GOD

In today's society infidelity,adultery, and fornication seems to be promoted more than honesty, trustworthy and faithfulness in a marriage.   In Hebrews 13:4 it says " Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers GOD will judge."  GOD has called everyone to have their own spouse, for those that are not married stay before GOD and sow seeds that will produce an abundant blessed harvest for when (if) you get married. For those that are married honor  and respect your spouse stay before GOD, ask him for strength , peace and wisdom to become the spouse he (GOD) will have you to be.   In Genesis 2:24 it says "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."   Marriage is between GOD, your spouse and you; not the family and the community.  One of the main keys to a healthy marriage is prayer and communication, and remembering if it is something you won't do or say in front of your spouse, don't do or say it at all.

Stop complaining!

Often times we find ourselves going thru life motions with complaining about different things going on in our life.  We complain about fiances, children, spouse, job, being skipped in line, someone not speaking, the weather etc.  We tend to get so caught up into complaining we forget to thank GOD for what we have, we forget to thank him for where he brought us from.   In Philippians 2:14 it says  "Do all things without grumbling or questioning."    GOD is not pleased when we complain, in Numbers 11:1 it says "And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord; and the lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp."  I challenge you on today to look around and notice that it could actually be worst; there is always someone else in a worst situation.  Just begin to thank GOD for what you have and stop complaining about what you don't have.

Exalt GOD!

In everything we do let us exalt GOD, we should always glorify and praise GOD for the good and the bad.  So often people tend to forget where GOD have brought them from and what he have done in their lives.  In Psalm 57:5 it says "Be exalted, O GOD, above the heavens; let your glory be above all the earth".  Everything we are able to produce comes from GOD; that job, vehicle, home, money etc( whether large or small) you have it because of GOD.  In Deuteronomy 8:18 it says "And you shall remember the Lord your GOD for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is this day."  I challenge you to begin to exalt GOD in everything you do or say, praise and glorify his name on today.

If it is GOD will

I have come to learn that one of the best declarations when praying is saying "GOD if it's your will."   In Matthew 26:39 it says "O my Father if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will."   Even Jesus when he prayed he would say to GOD " not my will but your will be done"  (the Lord's prayer has that declaration as well Matthew 6: 9-15).   So often we want certain things and certain situations to happen or change but we fail to ask GOD if it is his will.  GOD knows best and our will is not always the best will, GOD just want us to surrender all to him.   I challenge you on today to begin to declare "Father not my will but your will be done" in this situation or problem, let's begin to consider GOD in everything we do and say.

Favor IS fair, for the king kids.

So often we hear others say (or we are guilty of saying) "Favor ain't fair".   If we read our bible thoroughly we can see, (in so many different passages) yes favor is fair for the king kids.  In Luke 2:52 it says  " And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with GOD and men".   As born again believers GOD favor is placed on our life.   If you are not born again, I invite you on today to accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior, and you shall go forward with GOD favor.

God will turn curses into blessings!

Often times things happen in our life that we have no control over.  Even during those times we should really lean not to our own understanding but trust that GOD is in control.  GOD will watch over and take care  of what belongs to him.  Even when the enemy think he is gaining ground in our life GOD will not allow it.   In Nehemiah 13:2 it says "Because they had not met the children of Israel with bread and water, but hired Balaam against them to curse them. However, our GOD turned the curse into a blessing."  GOD is saying to us on today, he is turning curses into blessings.  Everything the enemy thought he was gonna use to harm us, GOD is turning it into a blessing . Go in peace on today and know GOD has gone before you !

Be careful who you share your dreams with!

Sometimes when GOD show us or tell us things we become so excited and want to share it with others.  Somethings GOD is showing us is not to be shared at that moment.  In Genesis 37 it speaks about Joesph and sharing his dreams.   In Genesis 37:5 it says " Now Joesph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even the more."   Sometimes we think people are happy for us but in reality their not.  GOD is saying to us on today there is a season to share your dreams and there is a season to remain silent while he is working.  I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD to help you remain quiet while he is showing you your dreams, ask GOD to let you know when it is the appointed time to speak about your dreams and what he is showing you.

Change starts within!

We often spend over half of our time trying to change others or trying to convince others to change. We find ourselves saying  "You should do it like this, you should say it like this, if you think like this....etc (the list goes on and on).  GOD is saying to us on today,  "You cannot change others, but you can change your way of thinking."   In Romans 12:2 it says "And do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of GOD."   Trying to change others take a lot of energy out of our self, even GOD does not force change on us he is a freewill GOD.   I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD to help you renew your mind, to make a change in your way of thinking, ask GOD to help you totally release others unto him and to give you a peace while he is working.

Speak to your mountain!

Whatever your mountain maybe on today, whether it is debt, sickness, relationships, anger, etc.  GOD want you to know you can speak to your mountain and command it to move.  In Matthew 17:20 Jesus was saying  " For assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."  I challenge you on today to begin to speak to your mountain (whatever it maybe) and command it to move, and when you begin to speak to the mountain activate your faith and believe you will see a change.  Your faith can move mountains on today, and nothing will be impossible for you!

Don't Bow, it's just a test!

There are times when we are faced with certain life challenges and the enemy will try and present himself in our life, placing us in what appears to be awkward and hopeless situations.  I come today to encourage you, GOD is saying "Don't bow, it's just a test!"  In Daniel 3:13-30  Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image that everyone had to bow and worship to.  The king had Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego cast into the fiery furnace because they refused to bow (the fire was so hot it burned the men that were casting them into the fire.)  GOD saved the three men from burning in the fiery furnace, to the point of when the  the king went he could see the image of Jesus in the fire with them! In the end the king commanded that everyone worship Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego true and living GOD; He even promoted them in the province of Babylon.  GOD is saying no matter what it may look like don't bow, no matter what people maybe saying don't bow, Jesus is in the fire with you. If you stand strong and continue to pray and seek GOD you shall be promoted and every enemy will know the true and living GOD.  I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD to give you strength and peace to stand on his word.  Begin to thank GOD for what he brought you through and where he is taking you to!

Despise not small beginnings!

Do not despise what may seem to be small in your life, be thankful for it because it is a open door leading you to where GOD is taking you (if you allow it).  In Zechariah 4:10 it says "For who hath despised the day of small things ? For they shall rejoice."  Whatever dream or vision GOD has given you, keep the faith and be thankful for where you are now. Sometimes GOD will test us with the small things before he bless us with the bigger things.  Just begin to thank GOD for your small beginnings it shall lead to much bigger and greater things as long as you stay grateful.

Push through with a praise!

So often we are burdened down by things going on around us, feelings as though if it is not one thing it's another. GOD want you to push through your problems with a praise on today. In Hebrews 13:15 it says  "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to GOD continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name."  Praise is one of our most important weapons of warfare, the enemy can not stand to hear our praises when we praise GOD we confuse the adversary.  I challenge you on today to begin to praise GOD right where you are even though things may seem like nothing is going right, give GOD a sacrificial praise.  When you look at your situation instead of speaking negative words; push through with a praise, whenever someone come with negative words or intentions; push through with a praise.  Give GOD the fruit of your lips a high praise on  today!

Forgive and move on!

Sometimes people we care for and love the most can violate our trust leaving us hurt, bitter and angry with unforgiveness in our heart.  There is so much GOD desire to do for us and through us, but unforgiveness is blocking him. GOD want us to know today in order to be forgiven we must first forgive.  In Mark 11:25-26  Jesus is saying "And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any; that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. (26) "But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which in heaven forgive your trespasses." GOD is saying on today we must forgive totally in order to move on.  No I'm not saying forget because in the total forgiveness you will be able to look back and see where GOD kept you, where GOD brought you out. I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD to place total forgiveness in your heart and give you the strength to move forward.

The best is yet to come!

Sometimes we have to be like David and encourage ourselves, especially when your feeling lost and don't know what to do or who to talk to.  GOD want you to know on today don't give up don't give in... The best is yet to come!  It maybe delayed but it's not denied.  Begin to prophesy to yourself  (the situation) speak life in  Ezekiel 37:4 , God told Ezekiel "Prophesy upon these dry bones, and say unto them O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord."   I challenge you on today to begin to prophesy to the dry bones in your fiances, marriage, business, home, kids, spouse, job, health, transportation, etc whatever the situation is; PROPHESY unto it  HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD!!! and remember the best is yet to come.

Stand Still !

There are times when we feel all hope is gone, we have tried everything possible to keep standing. It seems the more we pray the worst things get, leaving you with feeling of giving up the fight. I come today to tell you GOD is saying "Stand still." In Exodus 14:13 God told moses to tell the people "Fear ye not, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will show you today". GOD want you to stand still on today, take your eyes off the circumstance and the situation (problem)  place it on GOD, he want you to see his salvation. You can't see GOD salvation if your looking at the problem. I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD too help you remove your focus off the problem and place it on him, so you can see his salvation, ask GOD to give you the strength to stand still on today.

Exodus 14:13

Everybody can't go where your going.

There are places that GOD has for you to go that only a select few can go with you. Think it not strange when it appears your circle of people seems to be getting smaller, whether it is friends or family members. Some contacts he had to cut off by force, so think it not strange when people start acting different, or they stop calling or speaking to you. In 1 Corinthians 1:27 it says " But GOD hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.  Even when we think we are wise enough and know what we are doing by  holding on to relationships, GOD is saying " Let it go". Sometimes GOD brings us into a quiet place where we can hear from him without hindrance or aggravation so he will allow a separation. If the relationship is meant to be GOD will bring that person back into your life in due season. I challenge you on today to pray and ask GOD to give you the strength and peace while his will is being done in your life concerning relationships, ask him to remove people that can hinder your walk with him and the places he is trying to take you.

1 Corinthians 1:27

Dress for where your going, not for where your at.

There are times when we feel as if nothing is going to change, things will not get better. It seems as though everybody around you may be prospering and you can't seem to get ahead. One minute it seems things are getting better but then it take a turn for the worse. I come today to tell you to turn your faith up a notch. Begin to think kingdom minded, (in the kingdom there are palaces and the finest) reactivate your faith. That home that you desire begin to buy items for it as though you already have it, That new vehicle you desire begin to see yourself in it (even when you are driving in the vehicle you have now), that job or business you desire begin to dress as if you already have it. Begin to write yourself checks in the amount you are believing GOD for, lay your hands on it daily and call it forth! Whatever it is that you are believing GOD for (that is of the will of GOD) believe you already have it, DO NOT allow satan to steal your dreams, take your dreams back!! In Matthew 11:12 it says "the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force" I challenge you on today to get violent with satan and take your dreams back by force! pray and ask GOD to remove the scales off your eyes (doubt and unbelief) so you can see your dreams and visions; ask for strength to continue to fight to be able to trust and believe that it shall manifest in due season, and your due season is now!!!

Know who you are and who's you are.

We often find ourselves living our life according to how someone else feel about us and what someone else is saying about us (and often it's the negative things that people say that seems to matter). I come today to inform you, It's all about knowing who you are and who's you are. Knowing your worth and who you belong to is very vital. When we know who we are in Christ realizing we are kids of the King we do not need people to validate us, neither do we allow people to dictate our outcome in life. Our life has been predestined by GOD not man. In  Romans 8;30-31 it says "Whom he did predestined them he also called; and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (31) What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us who can be against us? I come today to challenge you to pray and ask GOD to show you who you are in  him, and help you to block out what others say or feel that is negative, that can tarnish your spirit man. Pray and ask GOD to help you stay focused on him and what it is he would have you to do that will glorify his name.

Be appreciated and not tolerated.

There are times when we feel as though no matter what we say or do, it is never good enough people are never satisfied . We find ourselves reaching out to others often denying ourselves of personal time and things. We find ourselves constantly pouring out; but never on the receiving in to be poured back into. That's when we have to determine when we need to get from among people that tolerate us and among people that appreciate us. (People are often placed in your life for a season and a reason, some seasons are longer than others and some reasons may not be to your advantage). When an individual is tolerate of another individual they only accept being around them because of what they can benefit from them, but when an individual is appreciative of another individual they appreciate everything about them and they not only tell them but they show them they are appreciated. In Thessalonians 5:11 Paul is saying "Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another."   I challenge you on today to pray and ask God to help you determine your seasons with people, and ask God to send people in your life that will appreciate you and not tolerate you, and begin to thank God for a new beginning!!

Turn your worry into worship

In life we often find ourselves worrying about this and  worrying about that, and it seems as if the problem or the situation is growing or getting worst. Worrying can lead to harmful habits and problems within our body. Our natural body was not designed to carry our worries, that is why in Matthew 11;28 Jesus is saying "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Jesus is saying  to you on today; come on I got you, give it to me. I challenge you on today to turn your worry into worship, begin to worship God ask God to help you remove your eyes off that problem or that situation and place your eyes on him, ask him for strength to leave all your worries and concerns with him. Just begin to worship and rest in him on today!

To live or not to live that is the question

In today's society we are often faced with life challenges which can cause us to be stagnated naturally as well as spiritually. Leaving us with what appears to be dead hopes, dreams, visions, talents and gifts. We have to keep in mind that in Proverbs 18;21 it says "Death and Life is in the power of the tongue and those that love it will eat it's fruit." My question to you on today is what do you choose for your dreams, visions, talents and gifts; to live or not to live? I come today to ask that you begin to  speak life into every dream and vision that you may have laying dormant. Ask God to allow every gift and talent that is of his will to come forth in Jesus name. Begin to speak life into it and trust and believe it shall come to pass in due season, you shall eat the fruit of life within it. May the same anointing that raised Jesus and Lazarus from the dead be upon every dream, vision, talent and gift that you have on today.

Lonely but NEVER alone.

Sometimes in life we may feel we are all alone, even during times when we are surrounded by people. There are times when we are faced with certain problems or situations that will make us feel we are all alone, no one understand or no one care. I come today to tell you; you may feel lonely but you are NEVER alone. GOD promises us in  Hebrews 13:5 he will never leave us nor forsake us. That alone is a blessings to know the almighty himself will never leave us nor forsake us. People come and go out of our life on a daily basis but GOD promise us he will NEVER leave us nor forsake us, he will never turn his back on us!! So when you are feeling down and alone just close your eyes and inhale GOD presence he is there, he care and love you more than the natural mind could ever comprehend.

It takes faith to have faith.

Sometimes the cares and affairs of life can make our faith level appear to us as: we either don't have faith or we are low in faith. I am here to tell you today you have faith even when you don't think you do. For instance when we travel and we drive across a bridge or even walk across a bridge that is faith taking you to the other side. So many times we exercise our faith unaware, I ask that you pray and ask God to make you aware of your faith level and utilize your gift of faith on a daily basis.

If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, "Be pulled up and planted by the sea," and it will obey you
